Newest Client MJB Lock Services LLC

Hired by MJB Lock Services LLC to handle all their graphic design needs.

Lets see, what have we done so far. Business cards, logo creation, multiple size and style ads, banners, letterhead, etc. I worked closely with the client making sure they got what they wanted and needed their designs to be. They have been great to work with and told me they are extremely pleased, saying they turned out better than they even hoped they would. And of course, a happy client makes a happy me.

MJB Lock Services LLC also wants you to know that you are free to use this coupon and the info on it if you are in need of a locksmith. I can vouch that they are a certified local business, honest, hardworking and affordable. So feel free to look them up for help in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. www.mjblockservices.com

If you are in need of design services, I am still taking clients. So drop me a line and we can make you something you will love. :)

The Latest Oil Painting

Here is an oil painting I did last week. It's been a while since I've worked in oils as most of my work has been focused in watercolor lately. It was still fun to do and I am working on putting together a gallery show for a beautiful gallery in downtown Minneapolis that has expressed interest in my work. So on to the next one!

I love being involved with programs that make a difference!

Help Support Children's Education By Supporting GradeTree

GradeTree has been a client of mine since its conception. The founders really understand the need to do something about the sliding education of America's children and their ideas can help make a difference. GradeTree is an amazing program that has documented success in raising children's grades and performances by simply creating more communication between parents and teachers. On it's test runs the students performances drastically improved. The teachers want GradeTree, parents are dying for it, too. All that is needed is the finances to install it in the schools.

Please visit http://www.indiegogo.com/Gradetree to learn more about the program and to contribute to their fund, even just $5 dollars would help! If you are concerned about education in America please give. Or if you just like the logo I designed you can donate too!

Stylish Website/Blog Banner

This was for my sisters website/blog, she is an amazing writer, awards from the associated press and what not. So even thought banners are small jobs, it was still an honor when she asked me to create something for her page. She knew exactly what she wanted, we made a few changes along the way and within 24 hours she called it perfect. It was a fun break from the Zombie & Monkey projects, used only pencil and photoshop, and I'm kinda proud of it too. So y'all should check out her blog, it's fantastic!

A Very Attractive National Magazine Cover

My first cover of a national magazine from a few years back. The caricature was done in oil pastels and I created the background in photoshop. It will always have a special place in my heart.

One of my most favorite drawings I sold about 2 years ago at the Northeast Arts Festival in Minneapolis. The current owner sent me a copy of how it looks since she got it framed.

Thanks!

Looks beautiful & I'm happy she has a good home. :)
